Responsible for operation of digital and analog Ku-Band satellite trucks. Setup
a variety of broadcast support equipment including audio mixers, video switchers,
cameras, and IFB equipment. Makes sure audio/video levels are set to proper
standards as designated by clients. Ability to adapt to clients needs as they
change. Schedules vehicle for maintenance and repairs. Complies with DOT
regulations and holds good driving record. A few clients include ABC/ESPN,
BBC, CBS, NHRA, NBC, and PGA.
WCGL TV CBS 46, Atlanta, GA ENG Technician, April 2003 - February 2004
ENG/SNG Technician for television station. Responsible for the operation of
microwave and Ku-Band satellite vehicles. Establish signal and maintain proper audio
and video levels as determined by master control. Operate videotape machines,
editors, audio/video mixers, and test equipment. Society of Broadcast Engineers member.
Hold FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
WMTV NBC 15, Madison, WI Operations Technician, March 1997 - February 1999
Master control operator for broadcast television station. Responsible for the
live switching of all programming/commercials, maintaining program/transmitter logs,
and downlinking/recording satellite feeds. Monitor video and audio for quality.
Serve as audio and tape operator for live newscasts.
Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, Fennimore, WI Internship, January 1995 - August 1995, May 1996 - August 1996
Produced, directed, and edited several educational and community programs for
broadcast over SWTC’s educational cable channel. Responsible for setup and
installation of related television cameras and editing equipment.

Worked with partner in videotaping weddings. Responsibilities included
